Philip Cotterill Consulting Limited (PCCL) is dedicated to promoting excellence in leadership
and management in the public and voluntary sectors, both in the U.K. and Europe.
Philip, and his associates, assist the leaders of social care organisations to achieve their ambitions.
The core products that are offered, come from the experience and knowledge that Philip has gained as one
of the longest serving Directors of Social Services in the UK. His experience in leading social care through
extensive change and in providing effective leadership is the foundation for PCCL’s objectives.
Interim Management, Executive coaching and Mentoring are amongst some of the services available.
Philip has worked within the UK and in Europe, most recently leading and supporting long term improvement
projects in the cities of Aberdeen and Stirling (Scotland).
Having a passion for excellence that improves outcomes, PCCL aims to provide expert advice and analysis which
facilitates decision making, improves planning & performance leading to organisational success in fast
changing environments.
