The core products that are offered, come from the experience and knowledge that Philip has gained as one of the longest serving Directors of Social Services in the UK. His experience in leading social care through extensive change and in providing effective leadership is the foundation for PCCL’s objectives. Executive coaching and mentoring are amongst some of the services available. Philip has worked within the UK and in Europe, most recently leading a long term improvement project in the city of Aberdeen (Scotland).
